Hi, I’m Gabriela.
I am a PMP-certified Project Manager passionate about turning complex ideas into impactful projects that connect people, institutions, and expertise. Over the last seven years, I have worked across Europe and Latin America, leading international projects in multicultural environments.
My experience involves projects that bring together diverse stakeholders, from public institutions and international organizations to NGOs and private sector, often navigating different priorities and regional contexts. I particularly enjoy managing projects where collaboration is essential and multiple perspectives must come together to achieve meaningful outcomes.
My approach which focuses on creating clear processes and fostering strong partnerships, comes from my background in international relations, law, and project management. Combining structured project management methodologies with an understanding of global governance and the operational realities of international development.
Having lived and worked in several countries, I thrive in multicultural environments where different ideas and approaches meet. I communicate in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of German and Italian.
I’m originally from Ecuador, a beautiful country in the middle of the world. I moved to Germany to study and have now spent more than ten years living in Europe.
Outside of work, I enjoy the experiences that keep life balanced and interesting. Traveling and learning languages are passions of mine, not just as hobbies but as ways to better understand other people and cultures. I absolutely love dancing and swimming in the ocean and I try to do both as much as I can. I enjoy volunteering and supporting community initiatives that bring people together.
And whenever I can, I happily return to Ecuador to spend time with family and enjoy the amazing food I grew up with.
